Morland Shores Governing Documents

The Registered Covenants is the Association’s “source document” which is generally referred to as the “Covenants” and includes the initial filing along with all amendments, supplements, and restrictions.

MSHA Regulations are binding board passed clarifications and supplements to the “Covenants”. This document performs the same function for MSHA as the Edgewater Blue Book does for EOA.

The Morland Shores Covenants - clean document is a clean transcript of the registered 1995 MS Covenants Supplement updated per 4 Registered Amendments, meant for homeowner’s quick reference but is not all inclusive.
